StickyAlbums, Inc. (“StickyAlbums”) has implemented this Privacy Policy governing the personally identifiable information (“PII”) collected by any of StickyAlbum’s websites or applications, including but not limited to StickyApps, StickyAcademy, and StickyPayments. This Privacy Policy does not govern PII collected from any other source or in any other manner.


This Privacy Policy is intended to provide you with information as to: (i) the type of information that is collected, (ii) how collected information is used and with whom it is shared; (iii) how StickyAlbums intends to protect the information; and (iv) how you can access, modify and/or delete such information.


Information You Provide to Us: StickyAlbums collects information about you when you visit and/or purchase products or services from its websites and applications. Remarketing: StickyAlbums uses remarketing on its websites and applications. Remarketing is a way for us to connect with users, based upon your past interactions with the StickyAlbums websites and applications. All matters relating to the Website and these Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Minnesota without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. Any legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Use or the Website shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Minnesota in each case located in the City of St. Paul and County of Ramsey. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
